This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out
below. This permit allows a
person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in the
designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim
that the product can be
used in the manner specified in this permit.
THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 5 APRIL 2016 TO 31 OCTOBER 2017.

Containing: 640g/kg MANCOZEB and 40g/kg METAXYL-M as their only active
constituents.

CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

Add a non-ionic surfactant

Apply at earliest sign of symptoms.

Allow 7 days between spray treatments.

Apply as a high volume, foliar application using knapsack, handgun or
boomspray.
JURISDICTION:
QLD only.
WITHHOLDING PERIODS:
HARVEST: DO NOT use on crops grown or harvested for human consumption.
GRAZING: DO NOT graze or cut treated plants for stock feed.
CRITICAL COMMENTS:

Apart from the use pattern specified in this permit the user must
adhere to the
appropriate remaining instructions included on the approved product
labels, specifically
protection and precautionary statements, first aid and safety
directions, general
instructions and storage & disposal instructions.

