PERMIT TO ALLOW MINOR USE OF AN AGVET CHEMICAL PRODUCT FOR CONTROL OF VARIOUS ENVIRONMENTAL WEEDS WITHIN NATIONAL PARKS AND NATURE RESERVES PERMIT NUMBER - PER14249 This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an application granted by the APVMA under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out below. This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim that the product can be used in the manner specified in this permit. THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 15 NOVEMBER 2013 UNTIL 31 MARCH 2020. PER13048 Permit Version 1 Page 2 of 4 CONDITIONS OF USE PRODUCTS TO BE USED: GRAZON DS HERBICIDE PLUS OTHER REGISTERED PRODUCTS Containing: 300 g/L TRICLOPYR PRESENT AS THE BUTOXYETHYL ESTER and 100 g/L PICLORAM PRESENT AS THE HEXYLOXYPROPYLAMINE SALT as their only active constituent. GRAZON EXTRA HERBICIDE PLUS OTHER REGISTERED PRODUCTS Containing 300 g/L TRICLOPYR PRESENT AS THE BUTOXYETHYL ESTER, 100 g/L PICLORAM PRESENT AS THE HEXYLOXYPROPYLAMINE SALT and 8 g/L AMINOPYRALID PRESENT AS HEXYLOXYPROPYLAMINE SALT as as their only active constituent. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: CROP PEST RATE Areas of Native vegetation and Non-cropland areas ENVIRONMENTAL WEEDS (Refer to attachment 1) 250 to 500 mL per 100L water CRITICAL USE COMMENTS: Apply in accordance with details as provided in Attachment 1. A maximum number of 3 applications per year is permitted with a minimum re-treatment interval of 60 days between consecutive applications. Apply to the foliage of target species via knapsack or handgun. Use higher rates for larger plants. Apply to plants less than 1.5 metres tall.
