INDICATIONS:
Treatment
of
infections
in
cattle
and
swine
caused
by
oxytetracycline
susceptible
bacteria.
This
product
provides
sustained
antibiotic blood levels over a 4 day period in cattle and pigs
following a single
treatment.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Inject at a rate of 1 mL per 10 kg
bodyweight. See
package insert for complete directions.
For
intramuscular
administration
in
cattle
and
swine
and
subcutaneous
administration in cattle only.
CAUTIONS:
Occasional
hypersensitivity
reactions
(anaphylaxis)
have
been
observed following the parenteral administration of oxytetracycline.
In such
cases administer epinephrine immediately. The safety of this product
in
pregnant animals has not been demonstrated.
STORAGE: Store below 25°C and protect from light. Do not freeze.
INDICATIONS : Traitement des infections chez les bovins et les porcs
causées par
les bactéries sensibles à l’oxytétracycline. Les concentrations
sanguines
obtenues avec ce produit persistent pendant 4 jours chez les bovins et
les porcs
à la suite de l’administration d’une seule dose.
POSOLOGIE ET MODE D’ADMINISTRATION : Injecter à raison de 1 mL par
10 kg de
poids corporel. Pour les instructions complètes consulter la notice
ci-jointe.
Par voie intramusculaire chez les bovins et les porcs et par voie
sous-cutanée
chez les bovins seulement.
PRÉCAUTIONS : L’administration d’oxytétracycline a donné lieu,
parfois, à des
réactions d’hypersensibilité (anaphylaxie); si une telle réaction
se produit, il faut
administrer de l’épinéphrine immédiatement. L’innocuité de ce
produit chez les
animaux en gestation n’a pas été démontrée.
ENTREPOSAGE : Entreposer au dessous de 25°C et à l’abri de la
lumière.
Ne pas congeler.
