WHAT DOLOFORTE DENK IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR Doloforte Denk is a combination of two active substances, tramadol and para - cetamol, completing each other in its pain relieving effect. Doloforte Denk is used to treat moder- ate to severe pain when your doctor recommends that a combination of tra- madol and paracetamol is needed. Doloforte Denk is recommended for adults and adolescents 12 years or older. 2. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU TAKE DOLOFORTE DENK DO NOT TAKE DOLOFORTE DENK – if you are allergic or have had an aller- gic reaction (for instance skin rash, swelling of the face, wheezing or diffi- culty breathing) to tramadol, para - cetamol or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (see section 6) – in cases of acute alcohol poisoning – if you have taken high doses of sleeping pills, central-acting pain relievers or medicines that affect mood and emo- tions – if you are also taking medicines called monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or have taken MAOIs in the last 14 days before treatment with Doloforte Denk.
