Nausea, vomiting, epigastric distress, diarrhoea, oedema due to salt
retention, skin rashes,
vertigo, headache, and blurred vision may occur following large doses
of Phenylbutazone.
Considered an unlikely route of entry in commercial/industrial
environments.
Eye:
Moderate irritant to eyes in powdered state.
Skin:
Not considered to be an irritant in tablet form.
Inhaled:
If powdered may cause severe irritation of mucous membranes, nose,
eyes and throat.
