PERMIT NUMBER – PER80877
This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out
below. This permit allows a
person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in the
designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim
that the product can be
used in the manner specified in this permit.

CONDITIONS OF USE
PRODUCT TO BE USED:
FYFANON ULV INSECTICIDE
Plus other registered products containing 1169 g/L MALDISON as their
only active
constituent.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

and PAPAYA FRUIT FLY
1 part MALDISON to
8 parts liquid pheromone.
CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

The trap must be clearly labelled as specified under Additional
Conditions.

Maldison to be mixed with pheromone (Cue-Lure or Methyl Eugenol) and
used in fruit fly
monitoring traps.

Mix 1 part maldison with 8 parts liquid pheromone and apply to the
wick in a laboratory
fume cupboard or well ventilated open area. Insert wick inside the
trap as required and
replace approximately every 11 weeks.

Traps must be placed a minimum of 1.5 m above the ground.
WITHHOLDING PERIOD:
NOT REQUIRED WHEN USED AS DIRECTED.
