This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out
below. This permit allows a
person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in the
designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim
that the product can be used in
the manner specified in this permit.
THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 9 FEBRUARY 2011 UNTIL 30 NOVEMBER 2018.

Containing 128 g/L FLUAZIFOP-P PRESENT AS THE BUTYL ESTER as its only

constituent.

FUSILADE FORTE 128 EC HERBICIDE (128 G/L):
Mix at a rate of 1.65 L product per 100L.
Use 1000L of mixture per ha.
CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

All application of Fusilade Post-Emergence Selective Herbicide and
Fusilade Forte 128 EC Herbicide shall be
conducted using handheld spray equipment and the application shall be

exposed during low tide.
