Cleaner for convection ovens
Liquid concentrate
Fields of application:
•
For the manual cleaning of convection ovens,
hot air cookers and grills as well as for the
cleaning of convection ovens with integrated
cleaning system.
•
Reliably removes fat residues, protein residues
as well as burnt-on food residues.
•
When used properly neodisher CombiClean is
suitable for the cleaning of all standard
convection ovens.
•
Not suitable for lacquered surfaces and
aluminium.
•
Not The cleaning step is followed by an
automatic rinse step for which the special rinse
aid neodisher CombiDry is recommended.

Excellent removal of fat residues.

High material compatibility.

Application and dosage:
Observe the instructions of the manufacturers of the
devices to be cleaned.
Manual cleaning of convections ovens and hot air
cookers:
Depending on the degree of soiling the interior
(including the tray racks, containers and trays) are
sprayed with the concentrate or with a diluted
solution (refer to the below mentioned dosing
recommendation).
The temperature should not exceed 70 °C. Allow the
solution to act for 15 - 30 minutes depending on the
degree of soiling. Then rinse the interior with fresh
water.

Cleaning of convections ovens with
automated cleaning system:
Fill neodisher CombiClean in the supply container
or connect it to the dosing hose provided for the
cleaning programme. Cleaning is effected
automatically via the integrated cleaning system.
