DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Shake Before Use
600ml
of
Concentrate per week
per
1000 sheep or 100 cattle.
METHOD OF ADMINISTERING
SALT LICK:
Place 23kg (approx 501bs) coarse salt on a suitable surface (concrete
floor etc).
Add 600ml
(approx.
I pint) concentrate to 1200ml
(approx 2 pints)
of
water and mix into the salt.
Add 14kg (approx 30lbs) find ground limestone to the salt.
Mix thoroughly.
Place required amount
of
lick into a bag or trough and leave in paddock near water site.
Repeat
weekly.
DRINKING WATER:
TANKS.
To commence, add 85ml (30z)
of
Concentrate to tank for each
4546litres
(1000 gallons) it contains.
Then
calculate the volume
of
water stock will drink in one week on the basis of:
4.5 litres (I
gallon)
per
day
per
sheep
45 litres (10 gallons) per day for cattle
Weaners and calves -
half
above quantity
Add 85ml (30z)
of
Concentrate to tank for each 4546 litres (1000 gallons) to be consumed
in one week.
For example 1000 sheep would consume 31822 litres (7000 gallons)
of
water
per
week.
Therefore add to
tank 600ml (approx I pint)
of
Concentrate.
Repeat weekly.
