EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine suppresses an increased heart rate occurred during or
after surgery by acting
on beta1 receptor exsisting in heart.
It is usually used for an urgent treatment for tachycardiac arrhythmia
during surgery and for
tachycardiac arrhythmia under monitoring of circulatory dynamics after
surgery.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash, etc.) to any medicines
or foods.
If you have cardiogenic shock, diabetic ketoacidosis, metabolic
acidosis, bradycardiac
arrhythmia such as atrioventricular block/sick sinus syndrome, right
heart failure due to
pulmonary hypertension, congestive heart failure or untreated
pheochromocytoma.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may
interact to enhance or
diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and
dietary supplements
as well as other prescription medicines.)
