WHAT HEXIDERM IS USED FOR
It is used for skin disinfection and
treatment of fungal infections of the skin of
the foot (athlete’s foot), groin, arms, legs
and hand.
HOW HEXIDERM_ _WORKS
It contains tolnaftate used for the treatment
of ringworm and skin infections caused by
certain fungi, and chlorhexidine which kills
bacteria.
BEFORE YOU USE HEXIDERM
_- When you must not use it _
- Hexiderm contains chlorhexidine.
Inform your healthcare provider if you
have a known allergy to chlorhexidine.
_- Before you start to use it _
Avoid contact with the eyes.
_- Taking other medicines _
The medicine is for topical application
and will usually have minimal effect on
other medication. However, please inform
the doctor
or pharmacist if using other
medicines.
HOW TO USE HEXIDERM

Adults and children - apply to the skin.

Apply two times a day or follow the
advice of the doctor or pharmacist.
