Prophylactic treatment of venous thromboembolic disease during surgery for patients presenting with moderate or high risk. Treatment of constituted deep vein thrombosis. Prevention of coagulation in the extra corporeal circuit during heamodialysis. The prophylaxis of thromboembolic disorders in high risk medical patients (respiratory failure and/or respiratory infection and/or cardiac failure) hospitalised in intensive care unit.
