This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out
below. This permit allows a
person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in the
designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim
that the product can be
used in the manner specified in this permit.
THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 17 FEBRUARY 2015 TO 31 MARCH 2018.

CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

Apply in total maximum spray volume of 1200L/ha at fruiting.

DO NOT apply more than 4 applications per crop.

Minimum re-treatment interval of 4 weeks.

DO NOT apply consecutive applications of fenbutatin oxide, rotate to
another chemical
group.

Intergarate Pest Management Strategy: Use with caution as application
may affect
benefical insects. Consider the IPM strategy before applying the
spray.
RE-ENTRY PERIOD:
DO NOT allow entry into treated area until spray deposits have dried
and the area has been
thoroughly ventilated. When prior entry is required wear cotton
overalls buttoned to the neck
and wrist and elbow length PVC gloves. Clothing must be laundered
after each days use.
WITHHOLDING PERIOD:
Harvest: DO NOT harvest for 3 days after application.
Livestock: DO NOT feed treated crops or by-products to livestock.
