PERMIT TO ALLOW THE OFF LABEL USE OF A REGISTERED AGVET
CHEMICAL PRODUCT
PERMIT NUMBER – PER81828
This permit is issued to the Permit Holder under Section 114 of the
Agricultural and Veterinary
Chemicals Code, scheduled to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals
Code Act 1994 (the
Agvet Code) in response to an application granted by the APVMA under
section 112 of the
Agvet Code of the jurisdictions set out below. This permit allows a
person, as stipulated
below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in
the designated jurisdictions.
This permit also allows any person to claim that the product can be
used in the manner
specified in this permit. If this permit were not issued, supply of
the product as specified
below would constitute an offence under sections 79 of the Agvet Code.

WSD DIAZINON FOR SHEEP, CATTLE, GOATS AND PIGS (APVMA Approval Number
39572)
Containing: 200 g/L DIAZINON as the only active constituent.

RESTRAINTS:
DO NOT DIP IN WET OR VERY HOT WEATHER
DO NOT DIP SHEEP WITH UNTREATED SHEARING CUTS OR OTHER WOUNDS
DO NOT DIP HOT AND THIRSTY SHEEP (WHEREVER POSSIBLE SHEEP SHOULD BE
MUSTERED INTO THE
YARDS THE EVENING BEFORE TO ALLOW THEM TO COOL DOWN AND EMPTY OUT
BEFORE DIPPING).
DO NOT DIP EWES HEAVY IN LAMB
DO NOT DIP SHEEP MORE THAN SIX WEEKS AFTER SHEARING
