FOR THE CONTROL OF BELLYACHE BUSH IN PASTURE AREAS ADJACENT
TO THE PALMER RIVER

This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the
APVMA under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set
out below. This permit
allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in
the designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to
claim that the product can
be used in the manner specified in this permit.
THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 28 JUNE 2013 TO 31 MARCH 2018.

Containing: 600 g/kg METSULFURON METHYL as their only active
constituent.

CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

Apply in accordance with label instructions.

Treatment should be made before extensive infestation occurs or the
area of weeds
should be reduced by mechanical means, prior to treatment.

Target only large and dense patches of Bellyache bush, which are
unable to be
effectively treated using ground control methods, based on a
pre-control survey.

All dense patches may not be treated each season. This will be
pre-determined by
carrying out pre-control aerial survey. Only enough dense infestations
