PER14003 Permit Version 1 Page 1 of 3 PERMIT TO ALLOW MINOR USE OF AN AGVET CHEMICAL PRODUCT FOR THE CONTROL OF BELLYACHE BUSH IN PASTURE AREAS ADJACENT TO THE PALMER RIVER PERMIT NUMBER - PER14003 This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an application granted by the APVMA under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out below. This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim that the product can be used in the manner specified in this permit. THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 28 JUNE 2013 TO 31 MARCH 2018. PER14003 Permit Version 1 Page 2 of 3 CONDITIONS OF USE PRODUCT TO BE USED: DUPONT BRUSH-OFF BRUSH CONTROLLER PLUS OTHER REGISTERED PRODUCTS Containing: 600 g/kg METSULFURON METHYL as their only active constituent. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: SITUATION TARGET WEED RATE Pasture areas adjacent to the Palmer River (a stretch of approximately 13 km), at the pastoral and mining leases detailed below (See Jurisdiction). Bellyache Bush (_Jatropha gossypiifolia_) 120g product /ha plus 2 L/ ha wetting agent (Uptake) in a spray volume of approximately 200 L/ha. CRITICAL USE COMMENTS: Apply in accordance with label instructions. Treatment should be made before extensive infestation occurs or the area of weeds should be reduced by mechanical means, prior to treatment. Target only large and dense patches of Bellyache bush, which are unable to be effectively treated using ground control methods, based on a pre-control survey.
