WHAT TRAMAL CAPSULES ARE AND WHAT THEY ARE USED FOR Tramadol – the active substance in Tramal Capsules – is a centrally acting analgesic (painkiller) belonging to the opioid group. It achieves its pain-relieving e ect by acting on VSHFL¿FQHUYHFHOOVLQWKHVSLQDOFRUGDQGEUDLQ Tramal Capsules are used for the treatment of moderately severe to severe pain. 2.
