Terapevtske indikacije:

The articulating surface has a spine which interacts with the femoral cam. The LPS-Flex articulating surface has a deeper anterior patellar cut-out to provide clearance for the patella bone and patella tendon in high flexion. The articulating surface is made of PROLONG? highly cross-linked UHMWPE and it has a dovetail locking mechanism that is snapped into place on the tibial baseplate. For use with plate 1,2; 3,4; 5,6; 7,8,9,10. Compatible with LCCK Femoral components. Indicated for patients with severe knee pain and disability due to: Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, traumatic arthritis, polyarthritis. Collagen disorders, and/or avascular necrosis of the femoral condyle. Post-traumatic loss of joint configuration, particularly when there is patellofemoral erosion, dysfunction or prior patellectomy. Moderate valgus, varus, or flexion deformities. The salvage of previously failed surgical attempts or for a knee in which satisfactory stability in flexion cannot be obtained at the time of surgery.
