Fields of application:

Use in washing machines for containers, pans and
baking trays as well as utensils in the bakery and
meat industry
Performance spectrum:

Removes food residues especially of protein and
starch, and residues of meat, sausage und pastry
products
•
Suitable for commercial backing tray and pan
washing machines
•
Suitable for china, ordinary plastics, stainless
steel, aluminium and aluminium alloys
•
Articles made of anodised aluminium should be
tested first

Suitable for washing dishes in single- and
multitank machines with transport system
Application and dosage:
The following table shows the recommended dosage
to be used, depending on the degree of soiling.
Temperature of neodisher Alka 2 working solution
should be between 60 - 65 °C.
