WWW.DRWEIGERT.COM neodisher ® Alka 2 Active chlorine-free detergent for use in baking tray and pan washing machines Liquid concentrate Fields of application: • Use in washing machines for containers, pans and baking trays as well as utensils in the bakery and meat industry Performance spectrum: • Removes food residues especially of protein and starch, and residues of meat, sausage und pastry products • Suitable for commercial backing tray and pan washing machines • Suitable for china, ordinary plastics, stainless steel, aluminium and aluminium alloys • Articles made of anodised aluminium should be tested first Special properties: • Active chlorine-free • Gentle to materials • Suitable for washing dishes in single- and multitank machines with transport system Application and dosage: The following table shows the recommended dosage to be used, depending on the degree of soiling. Temperature of neodisher Alka 2 working solution should be between 60 - 65 °C. Degree of soiling Dosage Very soiled articles 2 - 4 ml/l Normal soiling 2 ml/l Notes on application: • Only for professional use . • If the water hardness is over 3 °d, it is advisable to install a water softener in order to prevent scale build up and reduce consumption of detergent . • Rinse out dosing system and suction hose with water before changing the product . • The neodisher ® Alka 2 working solution has to be rinsed out completely by sufficient rinsing. • Do not mix with other products . • Storage and transport only permitted in original packaging .
