THERA PEU TIC INDIC ATIONS
Arterial hypertension
DOS AGE A ND A DMI NISTRATI ON
Oral route : 1 tablet per 24 hours, pr eferably in the morning.
In arterial hypertension, t he dosage should not exceed 2.5mg/day (increase in adverse effects
without a gain in efficacy).
CONT RA-I NDIC ATION S
- Hypersensitivity to sulphonamides
- Severe rena l insufficiency
- Hepatic encephalopathy
- Hypokaliemia
In general, this drug should no t be prescribed in association with lith ium and non-
antiarrhythmic drugs cau sing wave burst arrhythmias (refer to drug inter actions).
