DAILY ACID - ALKALI CLEANING
1./
Before milking, sanitise plant with Cattlekare UNIPHOR, following
label directions.
Ensure all residues have been thoroughly removed.
2./
After milking, cold rinse plant, using 7 Litres per set of cups.
3./
MORNING: Wash plant with a solution of Cattlekare EXCEL ACID,
following label directions.
EVENING: Wash plant with a solution of EXCEL UNIQUE at 15g per 10
Litres of
hot water (> 85

C), using 7 Litres per set of cups.
4./
Rinse plant with hot water (>85

C), using 7 Litres per set of cups.
