Cinnabaris trit. D3
25,0 mg
Hydrastis trit. D3
25,0 mg
Kalium bichromicum trit. D3
25,0 mg
Echinacea trit. D1
25,0 mg
Excipients with known effect: lactose monohydrate, wheat starch

3. PHARMACEUTICAL FORM
Tablet
White or almost white biplane tablets.
4. CLINICAL PARTICULARS
4.1 THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS
For treatment of acute and chronic sinusitis
4.2 DOSAGE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
Follow the typical dosage of Cinnabsin A or as directed by your
doctor.
Posology
Adults: in _acute conditions_, 1 tablet is taken every hour, up to a
maximum of 12 tablets per day, until
improvement occurs. For _subsequent treatment_, 1-2 tablets are taken
3 times per day.
_Paediatric population _
Children aged 6 to 11 years: in _acute conditions_, 1 tablet is taken
every two hours, up to a maximum
of 6 tablets per day, until improvement occurs. For _subsequent
treatment_, 1 tablet is taken 3 times per
day.
Children aged 12 years and older: in _acute conditions_, 1 tablet is
taken every hour, up to a maximum
of 12 tablets per day, until improvement occurs. For _subsequent
treatment_, 1-2 tablets are taken 3
times per day.
In _chronic conditions_, children and adults take 1 tablet 3 times per
day. It is recommended to continue
the treatment for 4 to 6 week

Patients are advised not to take Cinnabsin longer than 4 weeks without
medical advice.
Method of administration
Tablets should be allowed to dissolve slowly in the mouth. For
children, tablets can be dissolved in a
little bit of water.
An interval of at least half an hour to meals should be kept.
4.3 CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to chromium, to Echinacea or other Compositae
flowers, or to any other of the active
substances or any of the excipients listed in section 6.1.
