WHAT IS SPASMOPRIV FORTE AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR Spasmopriv Forte contains fenoverine. Fenoverine is an anti-spasmodic agent that synchronises smooth muscle motility. It is used to relieve spasms in the smooth muscles of the digestive tract (oesophagus, stomach, duodenum, and colon) of the bile ducts and of the female genital organs. Spasmopriv Forte is used in the treatment of: Disorders of the colon: irritable colon; acute, spastic inflammation of the colon. Gastrointestinal disorders: vomiting, oesophageal spasm. Disorders of motility following gastric surgery. Gynaecological disorders: painful menstruation (dysmenorrhoea), pelvic pain and spasms, including post-partum spasms. 2. BEFORE YOU USE SPASMOPRIV FORTE DO NOT USE SPASMOPRIV FORTE If you are allergic or hypersensitive to fenoverine or any of the other ingredients of Spasmopriv Forte If you have (a history of) chronic liver disease (including liver cirrhosis, acute hepatitis, alcoholic hepatitis, chronic alcohol abuse and liver cancer) If you have a history of hyperthermia (abnormal temperature elevation) during or after anaesthesia, or hyperthermia after physical effort If you have mitochondrial myopathy Prečítajte si celý dokument
