The particulars of which are set out in Part I and Part II of the attached Schedule. The authorisation is also subject to the general conditions as
may be specified in the said Regulations as listed on the reverse of this document.
This authorisation, unless previously revoked, shall continue in force from 23/04/2010 until 22/04/2015.

Irinotecan Martindale Pharma 20 mg/ml Concentrate for Solution for Infusion
2 QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION
1 ml of concentrate contains 20 mg irinotecan hydrochloride trihydrate equivalent to 17.33 mg/ml irinotecan. Each 2 ml
or 5ml vial of Irinotecan contains 40 mg or 100 mg of irinotecan hydrochloride trihydrate respectively.
Excipients:
Sorbitol (E240)
Sodium hydroxide
