Mixing
Pour Imtrade Metalaxyl 250 EC Fungicide directly into water in the
spray tank and mix well.
Beware of solvent vapours while handling the concentrate and working
near an open spray
tank.

Imtrade Metalaxyl 250 EC Fungicide is a member of the Phenylamide
group of fungicides.
For fungicide resistance management, Imtrade Metalaxyl 250 EC
Fungicide is a Group 4
Fungicide. Some naturally occurring individual fungi resistant to
Imtrade Metalaxyl 250 EC
Fungicide and other Group 4 Fungicides may exist through normal
genetic variability in any
fungal population. The resistant individuals can eventually dominate
the fungal population
if Imtrade Metalaxyl 250 EC Fungicide and other Group 4 Fungicides are
used repeatedly.
These resistant fungi will not be controlled by Imtrade Metalaxyl 250
EC Fungicide and
other Group 4 Fungicides, thus resulting in a reduction in efficacy
and possible yield loss.
Since the occurrence of resistant fungi is difficult to detect prior
to use, Imtrade Australia
Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any losses that may result from the
failure of Imtrade
Metalaxyl 250 EC Fungicide to control resistant fungi.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Store in the closed, original container in a cool, well-ventilated
area.
DO NOT store for prolonged periods in direct sunlight. Triple rinse
containers before disposal. Add rinsings to spray tank. DO NOT dispose
of undiluted chemical on-site. If recycling, replace cap and return
clean
containers to recycler or designated collection point. If not
recycling,
break, crush or puncture and deliver empty packaging for appropriate
disposal to an approved waste management facility. If an approved
waste management facility is not available, bury the empty packaging
up for this purpose clear of waterways, desirable vegetation and tree
roots, in compliance with relevant Local, State or Territory
government
regulations. DO NOT burn empty containers and product. DO NOT re-
use empty container for any other purpose.
SAFETY DIRECTIONS
Harmful if inhaled or swallowed. Will damage the eyes. May irritate
the
skin. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. DO NOT inhale vapour. Open
container in the open air. If product in eyes, wash out immediately
with
water. When opening the container and preparing product for use, wear
cotton overalls buttoned to the neck and wrist (or equivalent
clothing),
elbow-length chemical resistant gloves and goggles or safety glasses.
When using the prepared spray, wear cotton overalls buttoned to the
neck and wrist and a washable hat (or equivalent clothing) and elbow-
length chemical resistant gloves. Wash hands after use. After each
day’s
use, was gloves, goggles or safety glasses and contaminated clothing.
FIRST AID
If poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre
