1. This device is provided STERILE and is intended for use in a SINGLE
procedure only. DISCARD AFTER USE.

1 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
NOTE: DO NOT PULL UP ON STAPLE BEFORE HANDLE IS FULLY SQUEEZED.
1. Slip lower jaws of extractor under the backspan of the staple to be
removed.
2. Close the instrument handles. This will unbend the staple.
3. Lift the extracted staple away from the skin and discard. Proceed
to remove the next staple from the
skin.
