Fields of application:

Cleaning of dishes, glasses, cutlery, trays and
working utensils in professional dishwashers in
all food processing areas such as professional
kitchens, butchers‘ shops and bakeries
Performance spectrum:

Effectively removes all kinds of food residues

Rapid soaking and removal of starch and protein
residues due to high alkalinity and good dispersing
performance

Suitable for porcelain, stainless steel and
all alkali-compatible synthetic materials

Not suitable for aluminium, anodised aluminium
and light metal alloys

neodisher compact 180 is certified with the
EU Ecolabel. Its cleaning performance and its
environmentally friendly properties comply with
European regulations in regard to ecological
demands to ingredients and packaging.

High cleaning performance; also in the case of
stubborn soiling

Ensures starch-free dishes at low dosing amounts
and therefore cost effectiveness

Highly concentrated powder, odour-neutral, active
chlorine-free formula
Application and dosage:
neodisher compact 180 can be used in professional
dishwashers. The dosing amount is 1-3 g/l,
depending on water hardness and degree of soiling.

Using this EU Ecolabel product according to the
dosage instructions will contribute to the reduction
of water pollution and waste production.
The required temperature in the main washing tank
has to meet the demands of the local conditions
according to the corresponding laws, regulations
and guidelines.
When using neodisher compact 80 the temperature
in the main washing tank should be at least 60 °C
to ensure sufficient hygiene safety.
