DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
For the removal of large roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms in adult
or young dogs, weighing
more than 25lbs., administer these tablets according to the weight of
the animal. WEIGHT NO. OF TABLETS
6.0 lbs. to 25.0 lbs.
Use the 30mg size
25.1 lbs. to 50 lbs.
Give 1 tablet
50.1 lbs. to 100 lbs.
Give 2 tablets
100.1 lbs. to 150 lbs.
Give 3 tablets
150.1 lbs. to 200 lbs.
Give 4 tablets
NOTE: For pupies or small dogs weighing lessthan 25lbs., use D-Worm
Combo Chewable Flavored
Dog De-Wormer Tablet for Puppies and Small Dogs. D-Worm Combo
chewables are recommended
for dogs 12 weeks of age or older.
Offer the proper dosage by hand or in the dog's food container with or
without food. Do not withhold
food from your dog prior to or after treatment.
RECOMMENDED DE-WORMING SCHEDULE
Consult your veterinarian for assistance in the diagnosis, treatment,
and control of parasitism. De-
worming schedules may vary depending upon the climate where you live
and the activity of your dog.
