This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out
below. This permit allows a
person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in the
designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim
that the product can be
used in the manner specified in this permit.

MAXIM 100 FS FUNGICIDE SEED TREATMENT
Containing: 100 g/L FLUDIOXONIL as its only active constituent.

CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

Apply as slurry before sowing at a rate of 5-10 mL of slurry per
kilogram of seed by
shaking with seed in a tin, enclosed drum or plastic bag.

DO NOT store treated seed for more than 6 months before sowing.

Products may be applied in combination or alone depending upon target
pathogen. It is
recommended that causal pathogens be identified at the earliest time
to determine
appropriate treatments required.
WITHHOLDING PERIOD:
Harvest: Not required when used as directed.
