EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine inhibits the growth of estrogen-dependent breast cancer
by lowering the
estrogen levels via inhibition of aromatase enzyme that converts to
the female hormone
estrogen.
It is usually used to treat postmenopausal breast cancer.
