This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out
below. This permit allows a
person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in the
designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim
that the product can be
used in the manner specified in this permit.
THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 10 JANUARY 2017 TO 1 FEBRUARY 2020.

CONDITIONS OF USE
PRODUCT TO BE USED:
AN UNREGISTERED MEAT BAIT
Containing 1 g/kg FIPRONIL as its only active constituent.

Use 20 grams of prepared

meat bait per bait station.
CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

Commence baiting when European wasp nests and populations are at their
maximum, ie
February - May.

Monitor wasp population by free feeding with non toxic meat bait for 3
days. Use
preservative free meat substrate.

Substitute non toxic bait with toxic bait when 10 or more wasps are
observed feeding on
non toxic bait over a ten minute period. Toxic bait must only be used
when monitoring
indicates that non-target insects or animals are not feeding on the
bait substrate. If non-
target species are observed feeding on the bait DO NOT use toxic bait.

