KETOSIS TREATMENT FOR DAIRY CATTLE
For veterinary use only.
Keep out of reach of children.
ACTIVE INGREDIENT:
100% Propylene Glycol, U.S.P.
INDICATIONS:
For use in the treatment and prevention of bovine ketosis
(acetonemia).
DOSAGE:
In dairy cattle, administer 6-16 ounces per head, per day for 10 days.
Severe cases of ketosis may
require larger doses. Before administering Propylene Glycol to cows
suffering from milk fever,
mastitis, or metritis, consult a veterinarian.
PREVENTION:
In dairy cattle, administer 6-8 fluid ounces per head, per day
beginning 2 weeks before calving and
continuing 6 weeks after calving.
Consult a veterinarian if condition does not respond.
STORAGE:
Store at controlled room temperature between 15º-30ºC (59º-86ºF).
Keep container tightly closed when
not in use.
