WWW.DRWEIGERT.COM neodisher ® brilliant tabs Cleaning tablets for automated dishwashing Tablets Fields of application: • Automated cleaning of glasses, crockery, pots and pans and cutlery in fresh water dishwashers and small single-tank dishwashers in all food processing companies such as professional kitchens, butchers’ shops and bakeries • Also suitable for use in household dishwashers Performance spectrum: • Effortlessly removes all kinds of food residues that are not too burnt or dried-on • Suitable for all kinds of crockery, glasses, aluminium, aluminium alloys and hotel silverware • Items made of anodized aluminium must first be tested for suitability • Suitable for all materials, such as glass, porcelain, plastic, aluminium and stainless steel Special Properties: • excellent material compatibility • for a brilliant finish • with fresh lemon fragrance Application and dosage: Dosage 1-2 tabs per cycle For fresh water dishwashers or household dishwashers: 1 tablet per cycle; place tablet into the detergent compartment or the empty cutlery basket. For tank dishwashers without water exchange: 1-2 tablets for pre-dosing; place tablet/s into the water tank. Add one tablet after every 5th cycle. Remove packaging before using tablets. In the case of stubborn soiling it is advisable to pre- clean the items to be washed by using the special pre-cleaning agents such as neodisher prewash or the neodisher preclean products. The tablets are not recommended for fresh water dishwashers (water changing dishwashers) with programme times below 20 min (short programmes). In addition to neodisher brilliant tabs the use of a rinse aid such as neodisher brilliant dry is recommended. The required temperature for dishwashing has to meet the demands of the local conditions according to the corresponding laws, regulations and guidelines. The temperature during cleaning should be at least 55 C to achieve sufficient hygiene safety.
