QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION
1 g of cream contains 20 mg of fenticonazole nitrate.
Excipients with known effect: propylene glycol, wool fat hydrogenated,
cetyl alcohol.

CLINICAL PARTICULARS
4.1
THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS
The
fungal
infections
of
the
skin
caused
by
dermatophytes
(Trychophyton spp.,
Microsporum
spp.,
Epidermophyton spp.), yeast-like fungi (Candida spp.), and
Pityrosporum orbiculare and P. ovale:
Tinea faciei, Tinea corporis, Tinea cruris, Tinea manuum, Tinea pedis;
Cutaneous candidiasis (intertriginous candidiasis: Candidiasis of skin
folds, interdigital candidiasis of feet
and hands); Genital candidiasis (balanitis, vulvitis);
Pityriasis versicolor (caused by Pityrosporum orbiculare and P.
ovale);
Vulvovaginal candidiasis, vaginal trichomoniasis.
4.2
POSOLOGY AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
Externally:
When dermatomycosis, apply Lomexin cream to the affected skin 1-2
times a day. Apply the uniform thin
layer of the cream to the previously cleaned affected areas and
approximately to 1 cm of the healthy skin
surface and rub it gently. The duration of treatment depends on the
causative agent etiology and the
infection localization. Usually, symptoms of the disease disappear, in
2-4 weeks. Recommended therapy
duration is 4 weeks.

Intravaginally:
If vulvovaginal candidiasis, vaginal trichomoniasis, put some Lomexin
cream (approx. 5 g) into your vagina
in prone position using the applicator, once a day before bedtime or,
if necessary, twice a day - in the
morning and in the evening.
Treatment course: 7 days. If necessary, repeat the course in 10 days,
The treatment should be carried out
until complete clinical recovery.
To prevent reinfection, a sex partner should be treated simultaneously
with the cream, which
