Each mL contains 160 mg of sodium
phosphate monobasic monohydrate and 60 mg sodium phosphate dibasic
heptahydrate.

2. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE MEDICINE YOUR DOCTOR
HAS PRESCRIBED TO YOU
2.1 GENERAL INFORMATION:
The use of KLYSMOL has an immediate effect, within 3-15 minutes. It
relieves the patient and people close to him/her from the discomfort
of the
preparation of older methods of use. KLYSMOL is an enema of specific
composition for direct use.
2.2 THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS:
Usual enema for constipation, preparation enema and post-operative
enema.
2.3 CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients.
Do not
administer in case of abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting. Do not
administer
to children less than two years old.
2.4 SPECIAL WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS FOR USE:
2.4.1. GENERAL:
Do not use KLYSMOL and any other laxative frequently. It must be used
with
caution in patients with reduced renal function or a colostomy,
because it may
cause hypocalcaemia, hyperphosphataemia, hypernatraemia or acidosis.
It is
recommended that complementary fluids are taken orally so as to avoid
dehydration.

There are not special precautions and warnings regarding the use of
this drug
