The Eterna SCS IPG is a 16-channel, single use, rechargeable IPG designed to deliver low-intensity, constant-current electrical pulses to nerve structures via connected leads and optional adapters and extensions. A new port plug is included with the Eterna SCS System. Port plugs are used to fill unused ports in the Eterna SCS IPG and are labeled as MR Conditional. The port plug is a sterile accessory packaged with the IPG. The Eterna? Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) System is designed to deliver low-intensity electrical impulses to nerve structures. The system is intended to be used with leads and associated extensions that are compatible with the system. The Eterna? SCS System is indicated as an aid in the management of chronic, intractable pain of the trunk and/or limbs, including unilateral or bilateral pain associated with the following: failed back surgery syndrome and intractable low back and leg pain. The device is MR conditional.
