APPLICATION :
DAIRY CHEM ALKALI DETERGENT is specifically formulated for the removal
of stubborn soils and is suitable for in place
cleaning of pasteurizers, evaporators ,holding vats in dairy factories
and for cleaning systems on dairy farms.

AFTER THE INITIAL RINSE OF PLANT

: Wash with a hot solution of dairy Chem
Alkali Powder at 65-85°C for 3-5 minutes
PM:
Use a high phosphoric acid cleaner.
Rinse the plant well with cold water then
sanitize using a registered sanitizer

Farms allow 5ml per set of cups, or
10L if reverse flow cleaning.

Ensure safety glasses are worn
when handling this product.

Care should be taken when adding
Dairy Chem Alkali Powder to the
make up tank, It should be added to
a small initial volume of warm
(<50°C)

if added directly to boiling water
