This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim that the product can be used in the manner specified in this permit. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: SITUATION PURPOSE APPLICATION RATE Decontamination of oyster cultivation equipment and infrastructure including trays, baskets, catching materials, post and rail, cables and floats. Not to be used for decontamination of any material or equipment associated with pacific oyster mortality syndrome (POMS). Chemical treatments approved under PER82160 must be used for POMS. For use in decontamination procedures for control of oyster pathogens where determined appropriate by an inspector under the appropriate/relevant legislation for the State/jurisdiction where this permit is being used. Use a solution of 1% available chlorine, present as sodium hypochlorite.
