ZEROMEC POUR-ON FOR CATTLE contains ivermectin, which has a broad
spectrum of
activity against most internal and external parasites with sensitivity
to ivermectin. Ivermectin
is a member of the macrocyclic lactone anthelmintic family of
chemicals. Resistance can
develop to any chemical.
Maximum tick efficacy is achieved 4-5 days after treatment. In
planning a strategic tick
control program, it should be noted that viable eggs may have been
laid by engorged
female ticks that drop from cattle in the initial days after
treatment. ZEROMEC POUR-ON
FOR CATTLE should be alternated with conventional dips or Pour-Ons
when the program
requires repeat treatments.
