ACTIVE CONSTITUENTS:
EACH TABLET CONTAINS 2.5 MG MILBEMYCIN OXIME AND 25 MG PRAZIQUANTEL
CAUTION
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
FOR ANIMAL TREATMENT ONLY
For control of gastrointestinal worms:
MILBEMAX Tablets for Small Dogs and Puppies should be given to puppies
at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of age, then EVERY 3 MONTHS. Nursing bitches
should
be treated at the same time as their puppies. Adult dogs should be
treated
EVERY 3 MONTHS. If worm problems persist, consult a veterinarian.
For heartworm prevention:
MILBEMAX Tablets must be administered EVERY MONTH, preferably on the
same
date each month.
If MILBEMAX Tablets replace daily dosing heartworm tablets containing
DEC
(Diethylcarbamazine citrate), the first dose must be given within 30
days of
the change-over.
