A hand-held manual surgical instrument used during anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction surgery to apply appropriate tension to an ACL graft during implantation. After the femoral fixation device has been successfully implanted, securing the graft at one end,tension is applied to the graft by the surgeon while the other end is secured. This is a reusable device.
