PER81949 Permit Version 1 Page 1 of 3 PERMIT TO ALLOW MINOR USE OF AN AGVET CHEMICAL PRODUCT FOR CONTROL OF OLIVE LACE BUG ON OLIVE TREES PERMIT NUMBER – PER81949 This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an application granted by the APVMA under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out below. This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim that the product can be used in the manner specified in this permit. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: CROP TYPE INSECT PEST RATE OLIVES Olive lace bug (_Froggattia olivinia_) 30 mL product / 100 L CRITICAL USE COMMENTS: Monitor tree foliage closely and apply at first sign of infestation and whilst still in the nymphal stage. Refer _Pest monitoring and application timing_. DO NOT apply more than four (4) applications per season to trees that are of a fruit bearing age, with the final application no later than 14 days before harvest Apply by calibrated ground airblast sprayer or similar equipment, using a spray volume of 1,200 L water/ha. Add _Nufarm Chemwet 1000_ at 100 mL product/ 100 L spray. WITHHOLDING PERIOD: _Harvest_: DO NOT harvest for 14 DAYS after application. _Grazing_: DO NOT graze or cut treated area for stock feed. JURISDICTION: ALL STATES, except VIC Note: Victoria is not included in this permit, as their _Control-of-Use_ legislation means a permit is not required to legalise this off-label use in that state.
