Calves fe d this milk within 10 days of slaughter must not be used for human consumption within 10 days. Lambs or kids fed thi s milk should not be slaughtered for h uman consumption within 7 days. EXPORT SLAUGHTER INTERVAL (ESI): CATTLE: Do no t use less than 56 days before slaughte r for export. SHEEP: Do not use less th an 63 days before slaughter for export.
