DRUG INTERACTIONS:
USAGE DURING PREGNANCY AND IN NURSING MOTHERS:
Safe use of CLARINASE 24Hr Tablets during pregnancy has not
been established. Therefore, the product should be used only if the'
potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus.

When administered concomitantly with alcohol, loratadine has no

as measured
by psychomotor performance

increase in plasma concentrations of loratadine has been reported

ketoconazole,
erythromycin

controlled
clinical
trials,

clinically

When sympathomimetic drugs are given to patients receiving

oxidase
(MAO)
inhibitors,
