MPORTANT: This product should not be resold in this concentration,

use by feed formulators preparing medicated premixes. The product used

recommended by the formulators and according to the directions for
use, will
provide necessary levels of tylosin phosphate in the feed.

SECTION 2 - HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION 
STATEMENT OF HAZARDOUS NATURE  
This product is classified as: Xi, Irritating. Hazardous according
to the criteria of SWA.  
Not a Dangerous Good according to the Australian Dangerous Goods
(ADG) Code.
 
RISK PHRASES: R36/38, R36/37/38, R42/43. Irritating to eyes
and skin. Irritating to eyes, respiratory system and skin. 
May cause sensitisation by inhalation and skin contact.  
SAFETY PHRASES: S22, S26, S28, S36, S24/25. Do not breathe dust.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately 
with plenty of water and contact a doctor or Poisons
Information Centre. After contact with skin, wash immediately
