Characteristics: neodisher MediClean is a detergent with slightly alkaline active cleaning components in a low-foam formulation. Residues of dried, denatured and encrusted blood, caused by active substances in disinfectants, are removed by neodisher MediClean. At the same time neodisher MediClean is gentle on material. Stainless steel, instrument steel, standard plastics as well as materials for optics and anaesthetic equipment are suitable for reprocessing with neodisher MediClean. Anodised aluminium should be checked first for suitability. Application and dosage: neodisher MediClean is used in washer disinfectors and in dip and ultrasonic baths. The dosage depends on the field of application and on the degree of contamination of the items to be washed. The following parameters are to observed when using neodisher MediClean: For the automated cleaning of thermostable and thermolabile instruments: 0.2 - 1.0 % (2 - 10 ml/l), for example at 50 - 60 °C, 10 min.
