1. WAT IS LEVOTHYROXINENATRIUM ARISTO EN WAARVOOR WORDT DIT MEDICIJN
INGENOMEN?
Thyroxine is een natuurlijk hormoon dat wordt gemaakt in de
schildklier. Levothyroxinenatrium is een
kunstmatige versie van dit natuurlijke hormoon.
Het doel van de behandeling met dit medicijn is het vervangen van het
ontbrekende
schildklierhormoon en/of om de stress op uw schildklier minder te
maken.
Levothyroxinenatrium Aristo wordt gebruikt

om het schildklierhormoon wat u niet heeft te vervangen bij een te
langzaam werkende
schildklier

of als uw schildklier verwijderd is.

om ervoor te zorgen dat een nieuwe zwelling (struma) niet terugkomt na
