DISPENSER DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Remove cap and insert cartridge into unit chamber use cap to screw
down
cartridge to required adjustment and screw down cap until black seal
on
cartridge corresponds to Low or Center or High adjustment line
depending on
chlorine concentration required. At standard mains waterline pressure
of 4-6
Bar
(60-80
psi) Unit at Low adjustment will deliver 20-80 ppm of chlorine, this
variance due to water line pressure surges. Use of 20 mm
(3/4
inch) fitting
creates chamber turbulence for attaining high levels of chlorine. At
High level
adjustment, chlorine levels in excess of 100 ppm can be attained
depending
pressure and restriction on delivery line to retain turbulence in Unit
chamber.
For low level chlorination such as 1-6 ppm for drinking water
purposes, use the
l/1/4 inch
/
50mm ID fitting.

AGRICULTURAL
APPLICATIONS.
Use

will deliver

ppm of chlorine, this variance due to water line pressure surges.
POTATOES AND SWEET POTATOES:
To control and reduce soft rot causing
organisms in water and on surface of produce. Chlorine applied after
cleaning
and prior to storage by spraying with
25-80
ppm of chlorine depending quality
of wash water. If water is recycled and heavily polluted with soil
colloids at least
100 ppm needs to be applied. This can be done by installing two or
more
Klorman units in the spray or recycle water line depending on
operating water
flow rates. Klorman units are then installed in series on spray bar or
recycle
system.
