WHAT ELEBRATO IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR:
ELEBRATO Ellipta contains is used to treat chronic obstructive
pulmonary disease (COPD) in adults.
To take ELEBRATO, you breathe it into your lungs through your mouth,
using the Ellipta inhaler.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) occurs when the airways
become inflamed and
thickened, often due to smoking. It is a long-term condition that
slowly gets worse. Symptoms
include shortness of breath, cough, chest discomfort and coughing up
mucus.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU USE ELEBRATO:
DO NOT USE ELEBRATO:
•
if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to fluticasone furoate,
umeclidinium, vilanterol or to any of the
other ingredients of ELEBRATO
•
if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to lactose or milk protein.
If you think either of these applies to you, DON’T USE ELEBRATO
until you have checked with your
doctor.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:
SPECIAL CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN WITH ELEBRATO:
Before you use ELEBRATO your doctor needs to know:
•
if you have asthma
•
if you have heart problems or high blood pressure
•
if you have an overactive thyroid
•
if you have low blood potassium levels, as treatment with ELEBRATO can
make this condition
