Properties: doscan CAF free is a wetting agent component with the following properties: • excellent wetting of hydrophobic surfaces • ensures the complete wetting of plastic bottles with the disinfectant solution • thus ensuring a safe container disinfection in aseptic plants with germ reduction rates of > 5 log steps • tested and confirmed in count reduction tests and test fillings • does not compromise the stability of the peracetic acid resp. neoseptal PE 15 solution • free of surfactants • non-foaming in application • treated surfaces can easily be rinsed • rinse water containing doscan CAF free can be reprocessed via reverse osmosis and be reused • toxicologically harmless if applied as intended Dosage: doscan CAF free is dosed into the neoseptal PE 15 resp. peracetic acid solution. doscan CAF free is dosed in an amount of 0.04 – 0.1 weight%.
