DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1. Immediately after milking, rinse milking machine using
“PRECLEAN” solution at 35
°
C.
2.
Wash plant using a minimum of 7 litres of water per cluster.
Add 20g of “ALFAGUARD” per 10L of hot water. For best results,
wash solution must be 80-85
°
C at the wash tub.
Circulate wash solution for a maximum of 5 minutes, or until
the wash solution temperature drops to 60
°
C, whichever
occurs first.
3.
Sanitise milking machine using “DELAVAL IODOPHOR LF12”
after washing.
4.
Rinse milking machine with potable water prior to next milking.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Store in closed, original container in a cool, well ventilated area
out of direct sunlight.
Metal drums and plastic containers.
Triple or preferably pressure
rinse containers before disposal. Adding rinsing to wash tub.
Do not dispose of undiluted chemical on site. If recycling replace
cap and return clean containers to recycler or designated
collection point. If not recycling, break, crush, or puncture and
bury containers in a local landfill. If no landfill is available bury
below 500mm in a disposal pit specifically marked and set up
for this purpose clear of waterways, desirable vegetation and
tree roots. Empty containers and product should not be burnt.
Plastic bags.
Single rinse before disposal. Add rinsings to wash
tub. Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals on site. Puncture
and bury bags in a local authority landfill. If no landfill is
available,
bury the containers below 500mm in a disposal pit specifically
